Quick Update - October


Hey everyone!

I just wanted to make sure I didn't go too long without another update. To be fully honest, I haven't had much time to work on the game lately. I started a new full-time job a few weeks ago which was quite a lifestyle adjustment for me, and I just didn't have the energy for a while to write or draw very much. However, I think I am finally in a good place again to make some progress! Also, because of my new job, I was able to buy a new, fancier drawing tablet. It's made drawing digitally much easier for me so I'm feeling very motivated to draw more!

For the work I have gotten done, I am still writing Haywood's route and have gone through the script a few times to do some revisions. I also figured out some general world building stuff that will make writing future scenes easier.

Also, just a heads up that I will probably be deleting my dev account on Twitter soon. Or at least, I will be almost completely inactive on there. It's made me a bit anxious trying to manage any kind of social media presence, and personally I just don't really like the direction the platform is headed in. Any important updates for the game will be posted as a devlog here though!

Sorry I couldn't report any large updates, but I am still excited about this project and I plan to see it through until the end! To finish off this devlog, here's a doodle of the crew getting ready for fall in a sort of "modern day coffee shop au" haha.
